Good Morning Vietnam

Article available in the group: Foodies Budapest :) Dear Foodies, here's the place I discovered this week.. ==> Good Morning Vietnam <== I was eating Vietnamese food for a year while living in Vietnam and I got to say that this one in Budapest is quite good and reminded me of the delicious meals I had in Saigon and Hanoi :) Located in the 5th District - Nagysandor Jozsef utca 1, Budapest 1054 Their menu counts many different specialities from all Vietnam so you can appreciate delicious Phở (Beef/Chicken/Shrimp Soups), Bánh mì* (*From the French 'Pain de Mie' that they have difficulties to pronounce; heritage from the French colonial period - Meaning Bread - veggies/meatballs/pate etc.), Bún chả, a speciality from Ha Noi (Grilled pork and noodle, semi sweet and spicy fish sauce, lots of veggies - My favourite!). You can even enjoy these meals with a good cold Tiger Beer! You will also appreciate delicious dessert such as the famous Vietnamese Bánh caramel (Caramel Cream Flan) or the amazing Cà phê sữa đá (Coffee in ice with condensed milk), delicacy that you can find at every corner in all Vietnam, 2nd country exporting the most coffee in the world after Brazil! Affordable prices, really nice and friendly staff, fast service, fresh products and delicious flavours. You can be certain to have a great culinary experience at their restaurant! A piece of advice, book before coming by calling them or writing on their Facebook Page, the restaurant isn't that big and almost always full ;) Enjoy! J.
