This restaurant was one of the highlights of our trip to Budapest! My friend & I, literally googled were to eat in the local area and we picked this place on a whim and it was the best decision! We did not have a reservation but they managed to seat us anyway! The service, food and wine was top notch! We tried Hungarian wine for the first time here and it led to us having Hungarian wine every night for dinner when we were in the city! The show stopper was the Baklava! Literally could not believe my eyes when it was brought out and i have lived in Turkey! We wanted to come back before we left for a farewell meal but we ran out of time! We felt so comfortable here, all of our questions were answered to the best of their ability. The chef was great and so were the rest of the staff. I would highly recommend eating here while in Budapest or you will miss out! I can say out of all the places i have travelled, this was one of the best. Our experience here set the tone for the rest of our trip here in Budapest, i would love to come back one day! Just an amazing place!
The best Greek burger I ever tried! We were really pleased with the authentic, fresh and quality Greek ingredients. The owner is Greek and has a vast experience in fine food. A very friendly place and nice atmosphere. The lemon homemade ice cream is incredibly tasty and healthy! Made with only natural ingredients. We loved it! Thank you for a amazing food! We highly recommend this restaurant!
Excellent food, perfect service. The people are so nice and smiling... very professional!The food is typical, tasty. Everything is generous in here. We spent a fabulous moment ! Greek cuisine is really the best. I definitely and warmingly recommend this restaurant.
This place is just excellent. I'm an American of Greek descent. I'm a tough critic with Greek food. But this place stands out. Truly great food and service!

Some of the best Greek food I've had outside of Greece. Grilled calamari and the sea bass were excellent. Best baklava I have ever had. Do try it, done unlike any other!

One of the best restaurant in Budapest! � Price are great and the meal delicious, thr greek village pasta are so good not too fat and I had the opportunity to try a amazing home made ice cream.
Ottima cucina greca, con un bell’equilibrio tra modernità e tradizione. Ambiente quasi spartano ma comunque accogliente, pulitissimo, con la cucina a vista. Siamo tornate ad assaggiare altri piatti il giorno dopo a cena, dopo aver pranzato il giorno prima. Personale gentile e professionale. Consigliatissimo. P.s.: prezzi onesti.

Any time I go to a new city, I make it a point to try some true local gems. It only helped that Mazi was a short 5min walk from where we had been staying. No reservation? No problem - said the chef who welcomed us with a big smile. He truly makes this place what it is and is very attentive to all the guests. Mazi feels like a little piece of Greece - many of the folks working there are Greek.
Food came out quick and was great. We started with baked feta, chicken souvlaki, Greek burger and finished it off with the traditional baklava. All were great. Mazi is definitely a place where you want to come back to more than once. All the staff were great as well. Efcharistó! ��
The food is excellent, and the atmosphere is great :) Friendly chef and waiters, who will gladly give recommendations. Don't miss out on the kataifi, it is one of the best desserts I ever had!
